Warranty Policy

This Warranty Policy applies to all products purchased from www.temsnemo.com.


1. Hardware Warranty (1 Year from Delivery)

We provide a one (1) year limited hardware warranty starting from the date of delivery.

Coverage:

  • Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and service conditions.
  • Hardware includes: test phones, test laptops, scanners, cables, power adapters, accessories, and any physical components used with testing systems.

What we will do:

  • Repair or replace (at our discretion) the defective hardware.
  • Replacement parts may be new or refurbished to functionally equivalent standards.

Exclusions:

  • Physical damage (e.g., drops, liquid damage, cracked screens).
  • Damage caused by misuse, unauthorized repair, or modification.
  • Normal wear and tear (batteries, cases, connectors after extended use).

2. Software & Software License Warranty (Perpetual / Lifetime)

We provide a perpetual (lifetime) warranty for all software products and software licenses, including but not limited to:

  • softwares
  • Software licenses
  • Firmware embedded in test hardware (if applicable)

Coverage:

  • The software will substantially conform to its published specifications.
  • The license key, dongle, or authorization mechanism will remain functional for the licensed feature set.
  • You are entitled to re-issue of a license in case of loss due to hardware failure, disk corruption, or authorized reinstallation, provided the original license is deactivated/returned where required.

What we will do:

  • Provide technical support to resolve licensing or software functionality issues for the lifetime of the product.

Exclusions:

  • Unauthorized license sharing, cracking, or reverse engineering.
  • License loss due to theft or deliberate destruction.
  • Unauthorized system opration upgrade
  • Dongle damage (physical)
  • Compatibility issues with new operating systems not specified at time of purchase (we will still attempt to assist, but no guarantee).

3. How to Make a Warranty Claim

To request warranty service, please contact us with:

  1. Order / Invoice number
  2. Product name and serial number (for hardware) or license ID (for software)
  3. Description of the issue and, if possible, photos or screenshots
  4. Proof of purchase date

We may ask you to return defective hardware (shipping costs covered by us for valid claims) or provide remote access for software diagnosis.


4. Shipping & Handling for Hardware Warranty

  • For valid hardware warranty claims, we will cover standard return shipping.
  • International customers: customs duties or taxes for returns are your responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

5. Software License Replacement for Perpetual Warranty

If your perpetual license stops working due to:

  • Software failure
  • Dongle damage (non-physical)
  • Corruption of license file

We will issue a replacement license within 3 business days after verification, at no charge.


6. What Is NOT Covered (Both Hardware & Software)

  • Problems caused by third-party software, viruses, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Use outside of the documented operating environment (e.g., wrong voltage, extreme temperature, incompatible OS).
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers (gray market).
  • Consumable parts: batteries, SD cards, antennas (unless DOA – dead on arrival within 14 days).

7. Limitation of Liability

The warranty provided is the exclusive remedy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, www.temsnemo.com is not liable for:

  • Loss of data, loss of revenue, or service interruption.
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product.


8. Entire Agreement

This Warranty Policy supersedes any prior warranties, representations, or statements. We reserve the right to update this policy.
