Hardware Warranty (1 Year from Delivery)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We provide a&nbsp;<strong>one (1) year limited hardware warranty<\/strong>&nbsp;starting from the date of delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Coverage:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and service conditions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hardware includes: test phones, test laptops, scanners, cables, power adapters, accessories, and any physical components used with testing systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What we will do:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Repair or replace (at our discretion) the defective hardware.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Replacement parts may be new or refurbished to functionally equivalent standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Exclusions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Physical damage (e.g., drops, liquid damage, cracked screens).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Damage caused by misuse, unauthorized repair, or modification.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Normal wear and tear (batteries, cases, connectors after extended use).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Software &amp; Software License Warranty (Perpetual \/ Lifetime)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We provide a&nbsp;<strong>perpetual (lifetime) warranty<\/strong>&nbsp;for all software products and software licenses, including but not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>softwares<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Software licenses<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Firmware embedded in test hardware (if applicable)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Coverage:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The software will substantially conform to its published specifications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The license key, dongle, or authorization mechanism will remain functional for the licensed feature set.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You are entitled to\u00a0<strong>re-issue of a license<\/strong>\u00a0in case of loss due to hardware failure, disk corruption, or authorized reinstallation, provided the original license is deactivated\/returned where required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What we will do:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Provide technical support to resolve licensing or software functionality issues for the lifetime of the product.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Exclusions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Unauthorized license sharing, cracking, or reverse engineering.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>License loss due to theft or deliberate destruction.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unauthorized system opration upgrade<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dongle damage (physical)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compatibility issues with new operating systems not specified at time of purchase (we will still attempt to assist, but no guarantee).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Shipping &amp; Handling for Hardware Warranty<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For valid hardware warranty claims, we will cover standard return shipping.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>International customers: customs duties or taxes for returns are your responsibility unless otherwise agreed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We recommend using a trackable shipping method.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Software License Replacement for Perpetual Warranty<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If your perpetual license stops working due to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Software failure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dongle damage (non-physical)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Corruption of license file<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We will issue a&nbsp;<strong>replacement license<\/strong>&nbsp;within 3 business days after verification, at&nbsp;<strong>no charge<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. What Is NOT Covered (Both Hardware &amp; Software)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Problems caused by third-party software, viruses, or unauthorized modifications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use outside of the documented operating environment (e.g., wrong voltage, extreme temperature, incompatible OS).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Products purchased from unauthorized resellers (gray market).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Consumable parts: batteries, SD cards, antennas (unless DOA \u2013 dead on arrival within 14 days).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Limitation of Liability<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The warranty provided is the exclusive remedy.
